Dr. Charles A. Watts, DBA, CSCM, CPIM, Jonah
ISCEA - Executive Director of
Education & Certification Programs
Dr. Watts is a Professor in the Department of Management,
Marketing, and Logistics at John Carroll University in
Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He received his BSBA and MBA from
Bowling Green State University and his DBA from Indiana
University. He has published research that many
publications. He conducts research and consults in the
areas of supplier development, purchasing and materials
management, supply chain management, warehouse location
and rationalization, scheduling in service and
manufacturing organizations and the TOC thinking process.
He has given seminars on Information Technology in
Purchasing, Basic Purchasing Training, Purchasing and
Contracting, Advanced Purchasing and Contracting,
Purchasing Certification, Supplier Development, Customer
Service, Project Management, Theory of Constraints, and
Total Quality Management, for major corporations such as
Lincoln Electric, Dana, Samsung, Lucas Industries, and
Marathon Oil.
Dr. Barbara Doll, Ph.D,
CSCM, PMP
ISCEA – Director of (TOC) Theory
of Constraints Programs
Dr. Doll has a background in information systems,
production/operations management and project management.
She has a B.S. in Computer Systems and an M.B.A. and a
Ph.D. in Production/Operations Management from the
University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She is also certified
as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the
Project Management Institute. Academically, Dr. Doll has
taught Production/Operations Management and other courses
for 7 years in the University of Wisconsin System. On the
business side she has worked in manufacturing engineering,
strategic planning and operations management at Motorola,
software implementation and training with the Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) vendor Baan, and project
management for information technology at J.I.Case. Dr.
Doll has extensive experience in training and course
development for both the classroom and distance education.
Dr. Kenneth Paetsch, DBA, CSCM
ISCEA – Director of CSCM™(Certified Supply Chain
Manager) Exam
Dr. Patesch is a faculty member of Cleveland State
University and has many years of teaching and industry
experience. Prior to Joining Cleveland State University,
Dr. Partsch held various management positions at the
Cleveland office of the Department of Defense.
Mr. Harold G. Clampitt
ISCEA – Director of RFID Programs
Mr. Clampitt is the CEO and Founder of American RFID
Solutions, LLC. Prior to founding American RFID Solutions
LLC, Mr. Clampitt held technology leadership roles in
SAFCO Technologies and the Bell system of companies,
including Bell Cellular. His success can be attributed to
a combination of technical knowledge and international
business skills. He has used this valuable insight to
build a team spanning 14 languages, operating in all major
time zones with products in 40+ countries. Harold
understands emerging technology and the global market
place. Optimizing return on investment in emerging
technologies where product half lives range from 6 to 36
months are hallmarks of Mr. Clampitt’s career. To
complement his EE degree and licensed professional
engineer designation, Mr. Clampitt earned a Masters of
Business Administration with a specialty in Finance from
the University of Chicago.
He has been honored as the Co-founder and Vice-chairman of
the RFID China Training Institute, located in Beijing and
a founding member of the RFID+ Cornerstone Committee and
the International Supply Chain Education Alliance RFID
program. His first book “The RFID Handbook” has garnered
excellent reviews from readers in the US, Spain, Australia
and from prestigious organizations like the Auto ID labs.
It has been converted to Chinese and distributed to over
40 countries. His latest book is the “RFID Certification
Textbook” which has been adopted for college classes.
Mr. Mike Loughrin,
CFPIM, CSCP, CSCM
ISCEA – Director of Lean Six Sigma Programs
Mr. Loughrin is a supply chain management professional
with exceptional experience in Industry and Consulting
Services. He is a thought leadership advisor on Lean
Enterprises for Hewlett-Packard, has directed an
end-to-end supply chain transformation for Sweetheart Cup
Company, and has led supply chain improvement programs for
Compaq Computer. He has advised numerous companies in the
transformation to world class levels of performance
through a balanced approach to defining strategy,
improving processes, and leveraging the appropriate
technology. Mike is a Partner with Transformance Advisors,
a firm focused on advising executives in the design and
execution of supply chain transformations. He crafted the
strategy for the firm's portfolio of educational events
encompassing areas such as Demand Management, Lean
Enterprises, Supply Management, World Class Supply Chains,
Project Management, and Going Physical Free. He was
recently selected as a "2006 Demand & Supply Chain
Executive Provider Pro to Know" by the Supply & Demand
Chain Executive Magazine.
Dr. Erick C. Jones
ISCEA RFID Certification Standard Board (Chair)
Dr. Erick C. Jones is an assistant professor at the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Areas of specialization
and teaching include Total Quality Management, Logistics,
and Engineering Management. Erick has worked for the
following companies, United Parcel Service (UPS), Academy
Sports and Outdoors, Tompkins Associates, and Arthur
Anderson, LLP. He worked as an Industrial Engineering (IE)
Supervisor, IE Manager, and IE Director. Also, Erick was
an engineering and business consultant on various
projects. Consulting ranged from ERP system
implementations to Supply Chain Logistics Planning, and
Organizational Strategy. Dr. Jones is fellow of the Alfred
P. Sloan Foundation and current administrator to the
Minority Ph.D. Program at the University of Nebraska, and
current advisor to the National Society of Black Engineers
he demonstrates is commitment to diversity. Dr. Jones is
the current director of a National Science Foundation
Industry University Center for Engineering Logistics
called NSF I/URC CELDi and the Director of the RFID Supply
Chain Lab (RfSCL). Dr. Jones holds a Ph.D., 2003
University of Houston, M.S., 1996 University of Houston,
B.S., 1993 Texas A&M University.
